As a client-centered recruiting professional, I know how strategic recruitment and effective branding can elevate a company’s reach and reputation, transforming candidate interactions into exceptional hires. Equally, I understand how a lack of alignment between brand and talent can present obstacles, impacting both attraction and retention.

Talent Process

My approach to recruitment is driven by a carefully crafted eight-step recruiting process. Prioritizing thorough research and empathy above all else, this process was created to ensure that my clients needs were considered at the onset of every project, and thus serving as a roadmap towards success.
Understanding the clients needs and talent challenges they face, is my starting line to knowing precisely what I'm trying to achieve and for whom.
From best practices to the end to end lifecycle. I take a deep dive into the full process for each vacancy to spark improvement suggestions.
It's time to utilize my 10 years of experience and outline the scope of the vacancy at hand, and the challenges we need to overcome.
This is where the rubber hits the road. I'll start actioning the objectives and applying my expert recruiting skills to bring a pipeline of candidates to the table.
Provide support from both sides of the interview table, ensuring we're hitting all the marks that the candidate requires, whilst ensuring the candidate is relaxed and aware of what is coming.
Now that the candidate has been chosen, it's time to package the whole process up and either hand it to the internal HR team to finalize the contracts, or deliver this as part of my service.
Nothing is complete until I know everyone is happy and I've exceeded expectations! A 1-2-1 review meeting to confirm the project is a success is critical to ensure I'm best placed to suit next time around!
